Gyana" (often spelled "Gyan" or "Jñāna") in Sanskrit and other related languages, means "knowledge," particularly in a spiritual or philosophical context.
Jhana (Pali) or Dhyana (Sanskrit) means focusing the mind until it is firmly established as Appana Samadhi, a state of calm and refined mind, in which Samadhi is the main dharma element.

Expect your breakfast, lunch, and dinner to feature produce grown just moments before cooking—fresh herbs, leafy greens, vegetables, and eggs—all harvested directly from the farm’s garden or orchard.
